The Ghosts will only fully open closets if it is attempting to get inside like it does now. This only happens when you make constant noise inside the closets or lockers. The Ghost will remain the same as it is now if you don’t talk inside one.

The Ghosts will only get slightly faster if it sees you for a long time. If you are not getting the Ghost to chase you down a hallway or looping it then the Ghost will remain the same speed it is now.
