We continue to attempt to reproduce this error on our end, and to help our investigation efforts, we are adding additional logging capabilities to our 15.10 update, which should help us get more granular information as to what might be happening.
We will be making sure that all items are rightfully delivered, along with an additional make-good compensation once we are positive the problem is sorted.
