Update Players using the driver can update to latest version 445.78, which addresses the crashing issue. This version is detailed here.

Players can also avoid the crash by keeping Image Sharpening disabled in version 445.75 or rolling back to the previous version 442.74.

Description Players may experience a crash caused by a recently-released GPU driver when trying to load into Fortnite.
