@a_man_in_black Yeah, if it's *always* tense that would be a real pacing problem.

Cassandra is designed to have a tight tension-relax cycle. So is Phoebe, except with a longer relax period. You could try Phoebe if you're not already. The challenges are as tough but the pacing is more open.

@a_man_in_black You could try the peaceful mode though, it's totally legit to just like building stuff and lots of players use it. Just a thought!

@a_man_in_black Funny thing is I also hate games that are compelling but not rewarding. I think it's kind of a skeezy way to design a game.

I tried really hard to make RW work on both levels by leaving players with rewarding personal stories. Though it obviously didn't work in your case :(

@petrring It appears to be borked for some Catalina users since Apple pushed the update. There will be a RW update which I hope will fix the issue, but there's no release date for it yet. More discussion here:

Picture it: A feel-good rom-com set in a grimy cyberpunk cityscape. She's a technician at the body cloning clinic, he's a sexbot repairman. Their eyes meet near the sim-stim pods.
