Modder term?
Surely you don't mean pawn.
Pawn has been in the game lexicon since the beginning.
[Edit] I meant "game" in general, not Rimworld specifically. Playing pieces are often called pawns in other games.

The only way anyone found out about it was by decompiling and reading the code, though. The word never appears in the player-facing game text.
I know your inbox is flooded by replies but I just want to know if you browse this sub regularly and if you like our crazy rantings here.
Yes.
I agree, which is why the term "pawn" is not used in the game.
Also keep in mind all colonists are pawns, but not all pawns are colonists. Squirrels and scythers are also pawns. Pawn is a concept from the code; we use it because it's correctly general and it's only 4 letters.
A colonist died of infection and one of my dogs got to burying him first. I immediately checked and saw that my labrador retriever made some 'good' art on his memorial.
This is one of the funniest bugs I've seen in a while. Not sure if we should fix it.
Or maybe change just add, "The image is rendered in crude scratch marks."
Hey there, I'm the artist. Thanks for posting this and glad you're enjoying it! This was just something I did for fun in my teens and completely changed my life. I'm now studying video game sound and hope to some day have my own OST. As for the comment that the quality isn't as good as the original OST, you're right. I'm not a professional, yet! ;)
This one really reminds me of the Hong Kong music from Deus Ex. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M-dMN6ESf1g
