We have reported this issue to the team and they are currently looking into it.
I had a few hours where it wasn’t happening and then it just happened again in the middle of a CP - about 15 minutes of play. I don’t have any external programs or other software running.
EDIT: It's also funny how Ubisoft has commented on other issues in the technical section of their forum, but have been silent on this issue. There are multiple threads with a high number of users reporting this issue and they have been silent.

Hey, you can switch languages by opening the Settings > Language menu. You should be able to choose from all the languages available in your version of the game.
Have in mind that different versions of the game have different languages available. If a language is not visible on the list, it means it's not available on your version.
