Greetings Agents,

The servers will shut down for a scheduled maintenance Friday, May 31st 09:30 AM CEST / 03:30 AM EDT / 00:30 AM PDT. Estimated downtime is approximately 3 hours.

Patch Notes:
  • Fixed an issue that could cause players be travel to an empty map when matchmaking for Classified Assignments. This fix couldn't be applied today.
  • Fixed erroneous NPC behavior that would cause them to be overly aggressive in combat.
  • Fixed an exploit that would result in unintended stat increases in normalized PvP. This fix couldn't be applied today, we're working on a new patch for this as our highest priority right now.

The rule is in place to avoid situations where players are mistakenly accused of being (for example) cheaters. We encourage you to submit screenshots and videos of suspected cheaters to us in a private message to us here on the forums or by submitting a ticket to our Customer Support.

Hey all,

Certain bugs are easier to fix than others. Bug A being fixed before Bug B does not mean that Bug A was a higher priority for us to fix.

Both the bugs you mentioned are actively being worked on and we aim to fix them as soon as possible.

As soon as we have more news, we will share them.

UPDATE: We are postponing the fixes planned for today's maintenance. The planned fixes will be implemented into the game at a later time. The duration of the maintenance has also been reduced to 30 minutes.

I'll try to address most of your concerns. It's important to note that a lot of work is ongoing behind the scenes that you may not have visibility on. State of the Game generally addresses some of the top issues that week, and is not meant to be an exhaustive list of issues currently present in the game.

Criticism of the game is absolutely fine, as long as it's done in a respectful tone.

I have passed these on internally for investigation, as this doesn't look to be working as intended.

Edit: If you guys have more examples (with screenshots or videos) of this occurring, send them over!

Promoting build diversity is an ongoing process and we will continue to build upon the work that was put into Title Update 3.

With almost an infinite amount of possible builds in the game, this process takes time. Your suggestions are invaluable to continue improving game balance and build diversity.

It is important that we take the time to properly analyse data and take a deep look at suggestions in order to avoid making "kneejerk" changes that might shift the balance too far in one direction.

Please continue to voice your opinions in regards to balancing and builds! We're always lurking around here.
