Just the power source from the wall. Leaving it unplugged will clear the cache automatically after 5 minutes or so.

No worries! Clearing the cache is as simple as powering down the console and unplugging it for 5 mins. Reinstalling won't delete your progress as it is saved online. :)

Hey there! What sort of crashes are you experiencing? Have you tried any troubleshooting like clearing the cache or reinstalling the game?

You should be able to join with players on PS4. I would recommend making sure your group settings are set to Open, and maybe trying at a different time of day when there's more traffic online.

You will definitely find players to group up with! Of course things like time and location can have a factor.

Be aware that most players are going to be at the max level/end game, so it may be difficult to find players while you are still levelling up (1-30). But after that it will become much easier!

The language packs available to you will differ per region, so it may not be included in your version of the game. You can contact the Support Team to see if they are able to add the language pack for you if your version allows for it!

In order to get the full experience you will need to be World Tier 5 and Level 30 to travel to New York. As your gear will continue to improve once you travel to NY, you won't need to hang around in DC.

That being said, make sure you have wrapped up everything you want to in DC, as you won't be able to return until you finish the NY campaign!

It has been added to the general loot pool, so you should be able to get it with some luck! Farming holster targeted loot areas or in the Summit will be your best bet, as well as exotic caches (That's where I got mine!)
