Hey Iridius, I certainly appreciate you sharing your thoughts! What sort of changes would you suggest to improve the ranked experience? A more streamlined pick and ban system? Removing it completely, or replacing it with some other system?

I really enjoy using Gridlock! I like her M2490 with a scope and using her gadget to deter enemies/determine where they are. But each of them are really good ops! Just depends on your play style. :)

You most likely have multiple accounts, and the wrong account has 2 Factor Authentication enabled. I recommend reaching out to Ubisoft Support so they can look into this and clarify things!

The language options are dependent on the version of the game you purchased. If you purchased the Russian version you won't have that option, sorry! You can reach out to Ubisoft Support to see if there is anything that can be done.

Mirroring what some of the employees in UbiMorning's video, I say You-Bee-Soft when speaking with English speakers, but Oo-Bee-Soft when speaking with our French speaking friends. :)

Hey guys! Do you think she could be improved by shortening the time it takes to raise her weapon? Or some other changes that she could benefit from?

Hey there! The MMR rollback system is designed to lessen the impact of cheaters on your rank over the long term. If you play with a cheater, you lost the MMR you received from that match so that it's like the game never happened. On the flip side, if you play against a cheater, you regain the lost MMR. This is meant to ensure your rank at the end of the season is only from legitimate matches! You can find more info here!

English language pack for RU/CIS version

Friendly fire is in the game to provide a more immersive and real experience. It encourages careful placement of your shots and awareness of your teammates, which makes cooperation a must! I can understand that this can sometimes cause problems, especially while solo queueing. We are constantly changing the way RFF works, and always appreciate feedback!

I also personally buy skins for the aesthetic, and not for any specific teams. It's my op, so I want them to look cool! It's the same with basically any other game. Do whatever makes you happy. :)

Hey there, welcome to the game! As mentioned above, Terrorist Hunt is a great way to try out some ops to see what fits your playstyle. I also recommend going through the Situations as well.
There is also a great resource called R6 Academy [r6academy.ubi.com]that is super helpful for people starting out. :)
