These purchases can take up to 24 hours to fully process, but if it's been longer than that, please have your friend submit an image (or screenshot) of their purchase confirmation/receipt to our technical team so that this can be corrected. In the image, be sure that their name and the date of the purchase are visible before submitting the proof.

If you're playing through Steam, please first make sure that your Steam account is properly linked to your Ubisoft account. Then, make sure you're logged into both your Steam account and the Ubisoft account. From there, you'll want to make sure that Windows and all of your drivers are updated to the latest version, and you may be required to verify the integrity of the game files on ... Read more

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. If you have not done so already, you'll want to start by clearing the cache on your system. To do this: hold the power button down for a few seconds before shutting the system down and then you'll want to leave it unplugged for two minutes before starting everything back up again. Then, since you've already restarted the router and modem, you'll want to perform the steps listed here and have your internet service provider perform the port forwarding portion for you as this may be difficult to navigate on your own.
