I personally love IQ's elite more, but I play more Ash than IQ. I'd suggest whichever op you play more than the other!

This is an issue that has been reported!

From the Shifting Tides patch notes:

Seven more Operators are seeing price reductions this season. Hibana and Echo’s prices will now be 10,000 Renown or 240 R6 Credits. Dokkaebi, Vigil and Zofia’s will come down to 15,000 Renown or 360 R6 Credits, while Nomad and Kaid’s prices will decrease to 20,000 Renown or 480 R6 Credits.

I do not have an ETA when the Shifting Tides ops will drop in price, but it seems they eventually will follow the trend the other ops have been.

What do you think the benefit of this would be? Is there anything you would change about Glaz specifically to make him more viable in your opinion?

Sorry to hear you feel this way! I always reiterate to players that Casual and Ranked have separate MMR systems. Your ranked MMR does not factor into casual matchmaking. So it is possible your casual MMR is near or at the same casual MMR as the other players, who may have higher or lower ranked MMR than you.

I suggest being more careful about where your teammates are and where traps are being set. You should be able to cancel your animation for reinforcing the wall.
