I have the same issue, although the longest I've tried to queue for is 10 minutes, 5 stack everytime. Region is SEA

Thank you for your input! I could see why barbed wire could be useful with Kaid, but I also feel like Kaid has other places more important than barbed wire?

I do think they should give the choice between 3 things though, at least for certain operators. Like Kaid should have a choice between C4, nades, and barbed wire.
Mira should have a choice between C4, shield, and barbed wire.
Smoke should have a choice nades, shield, and barbed wire.

This is an issue the team is investigating currently. I apologize for the negative experience and can understand it can be quite frustrating and unfair to you.

It should be RNG between the two sides. There was an issue previously were people were being put mostly on Attack first, but that has since been fixed.
