Crossplay Phase 1

  • Matchmaking is now enabled by default across all platforms (PC, PlayStation, and Xbox) for PVP and PVE mode. Crossplay Phase 2: Group Play with Friends to be released at a later date. With the introduction of Crossplay Phase 1 players can expect the following changes:
  • PC, PlayStation, and Xbox players can now matchmake together. This should improve matchmaking time and play session experience.
    • For technical reasons, ingame voice chat is disabled for all Crossplay matches
    • Player skill rating reset must take place at the start of the season (personal skill rating will be re-calibrated after a few matches)
    • Players who do not want to take part in Crossplay can opt out through the Settings Menu under the new ‘Online’ optio...

Shinobi

  • Front/Side Dodge Kick miss recovery is now 600ms (was 500ms)
  • Front/Side Dodge Kick miss recovery no longer allows stance change in the last 100ms
  • Back Flip now has iframes and dodge frames at 100ms (was 0ms)
  • Front Roll can now target swap
  • Teleport Kick no longer can be accessed by holding GB (now only checks for tap input, not hold)
  • Front Roll and Back Flip no longer allow stamina regeneration
  • Chain links to Teleport Kick are now 66ms longer so that players can switch stance then dodge comfortably
  • Attack Recoveries can now cancel to Back Flip from 200ms to 300ms (was 200ms to 400ms)
  • Kick Flip miss recovery cancel to back flip chain link now is 400ms to 500ms (was 100ms to 600ms)
  • Shooting Stars recovery is now 100ms longer...

We are excited to announce that For Honor will be moving to the new Ubisoft forums!

As with previous brands that have transitioned to our new forums, this will be a fresh start for everyone. Posts, threads, and comments on this forum will be publicly archived here (in read-only mode) and they will not be copied over to the new forums.

There are many exciting features on our new forum platform, and we are looking forward to sharing them with you! These include, but are not limited to:

  • A revamped mobile experience
  • Faster performance and searching
  • Dark mode
  • Questions and Answers threads
  • Nested replies
  • The ability to toggle nested replies and infinite scrolling
  • Private live chat between players

Kyoshin
· Kaze Stance can now be activated at 200ms from recoveries (was 266ms from lights, and 366 from heavies)
· Attacks now link to Finishers at 200ms (was 266ms from lights, and 366 from heavies)
· Aoarashi now moves forward 2 meters, up from 1
· Aoarashi Followup can now be target swapped
· Tengukaze is now more difficult to dodge
· Fujin Cuts now cost 3 stamina (down from 6)
· Hakaze now deals 8 damage (down from 12)
· Kagerou now deals 4 Bleed damage over 4 seconds (up from 3 damage over 4 seconds)
· Sajin-Arashi's Miss recovery is now 600ms (down from 800ms)
· Hakaze now has 100ms of Guard Break vulnerability (was 0ms)
· Mujoukaze’s trajectory was adjusted to properly hit external targets
· Fixed an issue where followups were too difficult to use if players blocked multiple attacks with Kaze Stance
