Hello Hobbit, welcome to the Ubisoft forums! Can you please do the following?

1) Please turn the console off and unplug it from the wall for at least two minutes before plugging it in again. <--- Very important!
2) After clearing the cache, go to My Games & Apps -> Manage Game -> Add-Ons and install the Season Pass.
