I know it is caused by age restriction but the account I am logged in with is over 18. Tried it several times and I got the same answer every time. Can someone help?

Hi ToZa97 and welcome to the forums.

Can you advise which account you used? The account you're posting on the forums with is still under 18 and as such you'd not be eligible for the Closed Beta.

In order to change the birthdate on your account, please call your regional support center. Our support staff has the ability to change the date of birth on your account. Thanks!
