The Doc quick peeked you. If you look at the kill cam, you'll see a few milliseconds where Doc unpeeked and then repeeked. You can see him moving to his left during your death screen. Because of where his crosshair was placed before and after the peek, that's how he was able to kill you so quickly.

Out of this list, I'd probably pick Gridlock, although the other ops listed have their uses as well. Grid's kit is capable of setting your teammates up for a plant. Her Trax can cover flanks and hallways/corridors that defenders may swing to try and peek you, as well as smokes to cover lines of sight.

Hey there!

You can still change data centers, the process was just updated a bit for the new season. We recently updated the 'Selecting Data Centers" FAQ with the new steps, so feel free to follow this link and change your data center to the one you normally play on.

I believe the shield was removed to help ease the feeling that defenders have too much utility. Attackers use nearly all their utility clearing ADS', shields, MAG-Nets, Evil Eyes, bulletproof cams, etc, etc, and having one less shield on the board (even if it's on an operator that isn't used all that much) is still helpful. There have been Chanka players that use the shield for his turret, although some would repurpose his shield for Echo, or another operator who used to have one.

From a utility standpoint, a shield is more frustrating to deal with since it requires an explosive to deal with. With her three Banshee's, having a shield on top of that was a bit extra, which is why the devs opted for a Nitro.

At any rate, we're taking a look at all Melusi threads across all of our social channels and forums. We'll bring community feedback about the new ops to the devs.

We've been combating cheaters pretty fiercely the past few weeks, and that's evident by the ban waves players have been seeing over the past few weeks. Which mode are you seeing cheaters in?

Or maybe im just dumb and cant find where to start vote haha.
Match Cancellation didn't launch with Operation Steel Wave, but it will be coming later on this season! The team just needed a tad bit more time to tweak things before shipping it with a future Steel Wave patch. We'll let the community know when exactly it's dropping when we have more info. ...
