We've been keeping track of all sound issues that our players have reported to us. Do you happen to know what led to the sound issue you encountered this time? Was there anything notable that happened in-game which lead to your sound not functioning as expected?

When the season begins to wind down, the players who strictly played Ranked will migrate over to Quick Match to play. Unfortunately, sometimes this results in toxic interactions with some of these players. The reason why they're in your games is due to their Quick Match (Casual) MMR being within 1,000 of yours. If they're playing Ranked all the time, their Casual MMR isn't going to change.

Unfortunately, there was an increase of cheaters in the past months. Our team has put programs in place to help ban and remove these hackers from our game. Now cheaters are getting banned whether they're online or not, we're working on reinforcing the bridge between our game and BE, and our team is working on other ways as well to combat cheaters. We've had massive ban waves over the past few days, and they're going to keep going!

Ops I play maverick is hard to get kills with idk why I play him a lot and I still struggle to his play style.

Mav can be one of the more difficult operators to play only because his gadget does have a learning curve. Are you using the M4 or the AR?

There won't be any new maps this season. As revealed during the Y5 panel, S2 will be the house rework and subsequent seasons will include reworks for Skyscraper and Chalet.

Nothing official from our side yet. The Test Server is still going on, so you won't see a release date while it's up.

How different do you think Siege would be without ACOGs?

It's due to the ban waves. A lot of cheaters tried to fly under our radar by staying offline, but with the introduction of offline bans, we're seeing a lot of MMR Rollbacks happening for our players.
