Thank you! It just makes for a fair experience for a solo quer....much better than getting stomped by a 5 stack

That's unfortunate to hear players aren't allowing the new ops to be playable in Ranked. Have you had the opportunity to play them at all since the new season launched?

I believe that feature is intentional. It's supposed to simulate how you're not able to talk when dead. You're transitioning from an operator to playing support via cams, etc, which is why your voice cuts out for a second or two.

Are you talking about Renown? If so, the team is aware and looking into the issue.

I've had this happen a few times personally and the download has always picked back up. Keep an eye on it and let me know if it still doesn't move.
