(Yes I am small Youtuber, but every single time I was playing siege I was streaming or recording, so there is no chance I would cheat + I invested a lot of money into game so why would I risk ban + it was my main serie on channel, where I got some community not many people but for me 800 subs are enough)





I even have evidence, every single match I have been playing I was recording and streaming and you can clearly see there that I was not able to cheat, Also IF I would cheat or hack that would be suicide to my carrier as youtuber.


BTW: Ubisoft support told me that they can’t lift the ban.


Sometimes I think why I ever should write to support when they basically tells you to f***** ****. And i really do not want to spend another money to buy new copy do everything again and spent another 150 euros to get like 50% of my stuff back...

We're not able to assist with bans here on AHQ. 

As you mentioned you have already sent a dispute to the Terms of Service team, if it is declined then the sanction will remain in place. Since it was declined, I'd suggest you update your username. 

Regarding the account name, Apex will use your Steam name if you use Steam to launch the game. There's no other way to have a different nickname in Apex if you use Steam to launch the game.
