I've been playing on my current Nitrado server for several months now and have literally never seen one.

Hesperornis should spawn in the city in Extinction.
What will happen to any existing eggs/kibble in a fridge, etc? Will it auto convert over or be compatible, or is it garbage now?
They should convert into the tier that their egg can be used to craft now.

There are not - only the original building materials.
Is P+ getting this update?
If so or yes in the future, how are you handling brick/lumber?
Prim+ will support the new S+ features/foundations for the structure branches from vanilla and employ the Kibble rework.
