We plan to do an automatic grant to MTG Arena players who had their draft and sealed events forcefully ended as a part of today's extended maintenance.
This includes players who may have received event rewards based on their current record when the event was forcefully closed. Players will not need to submit a support ticket to receive their reimbursement. The timing of this automatic reimbursement is TBD.
If you encounter an error where card images are displaying incorrectly during gameplay or when opening Crimson Vow packs, download the latest game update. Once you do, cards should appear correctly in your collection.
