Our 2024 Roadmap included several interface improvements, and one of them was new reticles for modern tanks with improved elements of the tank’s gun sight systems. Today, we’re pleased to present it to you, not just in an updated form, but in a deeply customized form as well. This new feature will come to the game in the Dance of Dragons major update — let’s take a look!

A new option called “Sight settings” has been added to the Ground vehicle Battle Settings. When clicking on this button, you can create your own configuration of interface elements displayed in the gunner’s sight. Configurations that you create can be saved to individual vehicles or to every vehicle at a selected rank of a specific nation at once so that you don’t have to create... Read more

Today, we’ll be showing you a new Roadmap feature that has just been implemented into the game: a notification of when a player that you reported has been banned. This works for players that were reported in-game as well as for those reported via the replay service on our website.

From now on, if a player that you reported gets banned, you’ll get a window with a notification letting you know when you log into the game. We’ve also added a new tab to the messages window called “System notifications” that contains messages about banned players that you reported. An important note here is that all notifications are anonymized, since personal data legislation in many countries obliges us to do this.

Today, we’d like to discuss one of the Roadmap points, which is the construction of objects and trenches on the map.

Our thoughts and plan When we first spoke about this feature in the initial Roadmap announcement, we mentioned that it would be an opportunity for armored vehicles that have limited amounts of ammunition for their main guns in order to try and mitigate this shortcoming.

However, during internal discussions we found it difficult to choose the criteria for vehicles that have limited ammunition. On one hand, not all vehicles with limited amounts of ammunition are able to quickly use it all up (for example, the Sturmmörser and Sturer Emil), and on the other hand, not all vehicles with a large amount of ammunition are suitable for advancing to capture points just to reload (for example, SPAAGs with small caliber weapons). Alongside this, s... Read more
