Hi there,

I’m sorry to hear this has happened.

Have your save files been saved on the Steam Cloud?
Unfortunately due to the nature of client based save files, we cannot recover files once they have been lost or corrupted. This will not be the case once we switch to Server-Side save files for multiplayer in patch 0.9, which is set to release later this year.

Yes, using your example, a player purchasing the Ardent Lord pack will only receive the Ardent Lord badge. This helps our support team understand what rewards the player should have access to in game should they experience any issues accessing or equipping said rewards.

HI there,

Your Pets can be found in game by pressing “K” to open the cosmetic menu.
The Cosmetic points are a special currency made specifically for the Cosmetic shop. Neither are available currently but will be soon.

If you are still having trouble accessing the pets attached to your account, please send our Support team a message.

Hi there,

Welcome to the forum!

Unfortunately, since the game currently utilizes locally saved data, the only way you would be able to retrieve any lost characters or save data would be through Steam’s Cloud save if the information has been backed up. This will not be the case with multiplayer characters which will be released with Patch 0.9.
We know this may discourage you and sincerely apologize.

Hi there,

Unfortunately, no. While you do own 2 sets of pets, the game doesn’t understand the duplication of them and can’t add a second one. You do still have 2 of everything else in game however. Cosmetic points included and that will be available once the shop is launched.

Hi there,

You are welcome to purchase from either shop. The only difference would be, the Steam shop would grant you access to the Ardent Gladiator supporter pack but no options for any of the others (should you be interested.)
Purchasing directly from us would give you the ability to choose from one of our many supporter packs, each with more and more in-game (and sometimes physical) rewards.

Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about this since all files are currently saved locally. This will not be the case once Multiplayer is released with patch 0.9 later this year.
However, the save files should also be logged into the Steam Cloud and can be retrieved this way. If you have any further inquiries, feel free to message our Support Team.
