Due to the server issues, we have decided not to extend Explorer's Celebration. We want events to be a fun experience where ESO is running as intended. We will be discussing potential options to make up for Explorer's Celebration, once the current issues are resolved.

We have an additional update after today’s maintenance.

We are still investigating issues some players are having on the PC NA megaserver regarding unusually long load times, latency and disconnections following today's maintenance. Unfortunately, the issues that surfaced after this morning's maintenance on PC/Mac and Stadia have persisted following this afternoon's maintenance. We are actively investigating to find the best resolution to these issues so you can have fun in Tamriel.

We will update as new information becomes available. Again, thank you for your continued patience as we know this is frustrating for everyone.

We wanted to provide an update on the issues many of you have been reporting over the last several days and after today’s maintenance.

We are aware and currently investigating issues some players are having on the North American PC/Mac megaserver regarding unusually long load times, latency and disconnections following today's maintenance. We have been working on changes in the background over the last week and weekend to improve the play experience. However, we have identified the issue and will be bringing down the server for maintenance at 12:30PM EDT / 16:30 UTC to address it.

We also want to note that we have seen some PC-EU players express they are experiencing similar issues. We are investigating this as well.

We will update as new information becomes available. We know this has been frustrating for many of you, so thank you for your continued patience as we are working through these issues.

Now that we are over the 24 hour mark for the surprise Explorer's Celebration being live, we wanted to follow up and ask for your thoughts on surprise events in-general. Do you like having surprise in-game events?

We've seen some chatter around this already and wanted to make a formal call for feedback. This will help for future consideration when planning potential surprise in-game events for the playerbase. Also please feel free to leave any comments explaining your choice. Thanks so much.

Hey all, just a heads up that sharding and cold storage will occur on PC NA megaserver on Monday, March 21 during our Monday maintenance. As with the previous maintenances, expect this to take several hours to complete. Thank you!

We just deployed a hotfix to PC NA and PC EU to address an issue with the the Markarth Furnishing Folio. Fixed an issue where the contents of the Markarth Furnishing Folio were pulling from the contents of the Skyrim Furnishing Folio.

The debuff portion of the the Engulfing Flame skill does not work with Silks of the Sun. The initial flame damage is getting increased, but the extra debuff does not get the boost. So it is working as intended.

Hi All, just checked in with the team and they are aware of this issue. There will be a fix ready for U33, assuming nothing pops up over the next few days (we are not anticipating anything popping up). Guards should no longer show up in weird places or clumped together.

The team is aware of this issue and working on a solution. They are close to a fix. However, that means a fix will not be in the release of U33 and Ascending Tide. However, we are hoping to have a fix available soon after in one of the follow-up incremental patches. We'll update once the fix is ready.
