We have an update regarding the blue screen issues console players are having in Cryodiil, IC and BG. We last noted that we have identified the issue and working on a fix. We can now confirm that a fix is complete, has passed certification, and will be included in Wednesday's incremental patch.

Hi BansheeVT. Thanks for reaching out on behalf of the player. As mentioned in our guidelines and also noted in this thread, we do not discuss tickets and actions outside of the player involved.

If the player involved would like to reach out to me via DM, I can let them know what Customer Service noted, take what issues they may have and how they should proceed.

@Karivaa, we have noted that this issue is also happening on Xbox to our dev team, so they are aware. We are still investigation the cause and finding a solution for this occurrence.

Hi All. We are investigating the issue now. However, given the time of day, we most likely won't have any answers today. At first glance, it seems like the issue is specific to Cyrodiil. So in the meantime, we ask that if you encounter this issue outside of Cyrodiil, please let us know. Please include your megaserver as others have done previously. That will give the teams more information as they investigate.

Hi all, we understand that the maintenance happening toward the end of the event is frustrating. However, leaving this issue unresolved is something we could not do. This is to guarantee the overall health of the mega server. We will try to keep the maintenance window as low as possible.

Hi Everyone. In response to some player feedback around photosensitivity issues in the Deadlands, we will be pushing out a hotfix shortly to reduce the frequency and timing of some lightning hazards in Annihilarch's Summit. We will continue to investigate ways to improve this experience and ensure the safety of those who are potentially sensitive to these visual effects. There will be no downtime for this hotfix.
