Hi @Maitsukas. Thanks for the question. Currently, we do not have a definite timeline on when multi-rider mounts will be available. We will clarify while the Companion Passenger Preference Options is present on the PTS in preparation for multi-rider mounts, there is no way to test it right now as multi-rider mounts are not currently available. When we have an update regarding multi-rider mounts, we'll provide an update with that information. Thanks!

Hi All. Thanks so much for flagging this. We have shared this with the dev team to address and they are working on a solution. In the meantime, here is an immediate workaround to make the experience less frustrating.

Try to interact with the door as far back as it lets you. In the event that isn't helpful, the southwest side of the city is open to the forest and you can bypass the gates entirely.

HI @Tanwenia! Good question. When you submit entries, only the individual submitting the entry will be recognized. And prizes will be issued out to the individual submitting the entry, not groups. So if selected for a prize, the individual who submitted the entry will get the prize, not the group if a group was active in the entry. We hope this clears everything up! Let us know if you need additional clarity.
