Dear Captains,

I just posted this article that should address your concerns. We had a lot of reports but still not so many information from you in order to tell if that a 100% solution.

Please note that other this recent issues there are some other MacWrapper related issues that might appear on some Mac configurations and even if this solution is working, we're unable to resolve all of them just with one fix.

Please feel free to submit a ticket to support if you have any other ticket. Be prepared to provide some information regarding your Mac. There more information you provide initially the easier it will be for us to understand your issue.

Today, some players lost the "Daily Shipments" section. Later we returned it to your ports, however, the progress was reset and rolled back to the first day.

All players who have been affected by this reset will be able to re-start collecting rewards for daily logins and receive them again.

In addition, we extended the window for obtaining Halloween shipments until Monday, November 12, 6:00 AM PST (9:00 AM EST). So, if you have not had time to activate it – it's time to launch the game and do it. Shipment collection will end as planned - November 21, 6:00 AM PST (9:00 AM EST).


We also understand that there is not much time left until the end of daily shipments.

Therefore, if you, at the time of completion, had Halloween shipments activated, you will receive all the rewards that you weren't able to collect, including the premium "Halloween 2018" container! Y...

Can you please submit a ticket to support. It's possible that you have connection issues or corrupted game files. When submitting a ticket please make sure to attach WGCheck report file so Support could faster identify the cause of your issue.

@bat1159man we'll check that

@Logan_05 I'll pass your report to developers. I've noticed that you have AMD Ryzen CPU. We had some reports from players using that CPU and facing issues. Can you check it here and check if the solution offered there is resolving your issue?
