Others have brought up good troubleshooting tips so far, like disabling your voice chat key binding or double-checking that your controller isn't disconnecting and reconnecting mid-match. However, your game logs may also help us understand why these random stutters happen.
If you can, could you please DM me your game logs? You can find them in the directory:
C:\Users\%USERNAME%\Documents\My Games\Rocket League\TAGame\Logs

You can submit a ticket by logging into your platform account and then clicking the Submit a Ticket button at the top right of the page.
[PS5] I still have the issue, that when I turn HDR and 120Hz on, HDR is not disabled and the picture gets really bright with no setting to change brightness (my TV shows that HDR is enabled, therefore the disabling of the HDR fails somehow). Also, when I disable HDR, I get the 120Hz, but there is no in-game setting to change contrast or brightness in the settings at all.

Can you share your Video settings for Rocket League, the performance settings on your PS5, and the HDR settings on your TV?

I'm not the author of that comment, but there are definitely some problems in tournaments lately. Sometimes game just stucks in an infinite "Joining" and only restart can help. Sometimes it happen not to me, but to teammates or opponents, cause they join in the middle of the match (or don't join at all). It doesn't happen every time, but definitely too often to be in a high priority to fix it. It's very annoying to find out over and over again that you or your teammates can't join the match, so it's a high chance that your tournament will end there.

Hello Thé issue seems to have been resolved as I got the missing XP and challenges, But my rocket pass skipped some rewards that I did not get, although they are marked as done and I am past them now in level.
I am getting items from future levels but not the ones skipped

Progression and stats should only be delayed. Once everything is back in order, you should see the progression refresh.
Has the issue for PC players been fixed where it toggles out of the game after several minutes of playing? I'll be in my first match and all of a sudden I'll lose control of my car and have to click my mouse to get back into the game.

This is a result of the new 2v2 Auto Tournament playlists that are being released with this patch. Since your game hasn't been updated, it wasn't able to handle the new AT playlists properly.
