Glad we got you taken care of, sorry that this happened. We're working with the teams to help understand what the issue is and address it. Players should be able to use the existing support channels to get a satisfactory results and not rely on social traction to get it.

I'm not sure what platform you are playing on but I would check that you have crossplay enabled. If it is not enabled you are only going to queue with other players on your platform that have it disabled which will lead to long queue times.
