Right I was referring to it’s still happening, something is broken with the reporting system as the people reporting are getting banned. This is a difference case.

Yep. We're working with the teams involved to understand what the issue is and to get it fixed.

Glad we got you taken care of, sorry that this happened. We're working with the teams to help understand what the issue is and address it. Players should be able to use the existing support channels to get a satisfactory results and not rely on social traction to get it.
