Please check that 'Synchronize Clock Via Internet' is selected in your 'Date and Time' System Settings. If that doesn't work, try and switch between the 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands of your Wi-Fi network.

Close the Epic Games launcher via Task Manager. After that, run the launcher again as administrator, then verify your game files. Next, try to launch the game.

In this case, try forcing the game to run in Performance Mode via these steps: Epic Games Launcher > Settings > Expand Fortnite Option > Check the box for Additional Command Line Arguments option and adding FeatureLevelEs31.
