If you're on console, try power cycling: 1. Turn off the console. 2. Unplug the power cord. 3. Wait 5 minutes. 4. Plug it back in & power it on.

Does this happen when you try enter any Creative Map, or a specific one?
Can you let us know if changing to Performance Mode helps with this? You can find this option in your Graphics Settings in-game.
