What past update/rework would you say has been your favorite (and why)?

Okay, old school answer, but Reforged (v1.5.0). I loved what the addition of the Slayers Path did for the game. It's also the last feature set that I was involved in, so it's quite special to me.

Totally agree! I wanted to work with Cris forever on every game I make, so I talked him into joining us full time!

I ask because I've had these sort of situations happen to me in my primary game and that game's team will usually resolve these issues without it requiring public visibility.

Not really, no. At least not statistically. I’d love it if mistakes never happened though, but I’m happy to hop into threads when I see em.

For technical reasons, the CS team does not have the ability to rewind transactions.

That said, normally in cases like this we would refund the platinum and let you keep the items. With that in mind folks are discussing this case internally. Assuming nothing fraudulent is happening here, someone from the CS team will get back to you about the refund.

  2. We only have 2 Drasks by now, Thunderdeep is the most mature,
  3. It's getting back from spa (just like Skraev in past) - It will look better, have better attacks / remade, etc.

Drask is the first Behemoth we ever made (well... there was Catmadillo, this was the first we ever finished). We made it in 2015. There’s lots of challenges with working on it. The rig is pretty old and hard to work with, etc. We’ve learned A LOT since those days about what makes a fun encounter.

Came to look for a video of triple sniper Drask. This is still the nerfed version. An early version of him had this be a guaranteed one shot with no charge up. So he’d just look at you and you’d die. Those were the days.
