I've not gotten mine and the hunter suit didn't work for me either, and Ubisoft support is refusing to help.
u/hamishbode maybe someone from massive can even acknowledge this is an issue instead of ignoring it.
It's definitely an issue but I wasn't involved with this campaign so I have no actual answers yet. It's pretty frustrating to do everything you need to do and still not get the promised rewards though so I'll chase this up when we're back in the office tomorrow.
