Could you post on the Creative sub and tag it as a bug? Also if you could give some detail about what is exactly happening before you crash.

They might just be appearing white? Back your map up, leave your island, join back and restore it. See if it fixed the issue? Sometimes walls changes colors and prefabs disappear for me. I do.. what I said.. and it's always works.
Could you try this suggestion u/DariusThe1st and let me know how it goes?
