@13shahman GM's do things in-game and don't have the ability to fix issues. If you have a repro for a dupe method, please DM the steps (and preferably a video of the repro from the POV of the person doing it) to me and I'll check it out. Thanks

The issue should now be resolved and the OC servers affected will be coming online. Thank you for hanging in there, Australian m8's
There was a power issue and the system had a sudden power loss. The cause of the outage has been identified and the provider's engineers are currently working to restore it.
I'll stay here and share any relevant updates as we wait. Thanks for your patience.
@Thelittlepasta yeah, I mean, we haven't got the all clear yet :(
@AllanBoardman2 @survivetheark damn, who uses Telstra in 2020
@Itsfox3
Waiting for an official "clear" and report from the data center. But we can see that all servers and also the network equipment in the affected cabinets have been rebooted. Progress! Will keep you all posted 🖤
to follow up: it's a hardware issue. "boxes" = the physical servers in a cabinet. Our host is working on it with top priority.
I have no ETA to share at the moment. Babies etc may be okay as the servers are offline. It's a wait and see for me too.
@ajatl123 @survivetheark Thanks but my current position was a promotion from Community Manager 😉
@Vaculity2 @RenaldoSooknar1 We don't have access to the ARK servers affected as the actual servers (hardware) are down. Our host is working on resolving the issue.
@ajatl123 I believe dinos will be safe as the servers are offline. It's difficult to be sure at this stage.
@lanescibo @kujeaaa @survivetheark The physical hardware had an outage so the servers will be offline. I can't guarantee babies will be fine but I'm quite confident they will be.
@SvenLittkowski @survivetheark Outage of two cabinets. No ETA as yet, our host is working on it.
@KellyHolmes6464 The actual servers as in the hardware in a cabinet in a room.
