Well, I don't blame you for doing your job, but sometimes it feels like you just delete some posts right when they get to the top.
Probably true. We don't watch new all the time. So lots of times, when we're offline for awhile, we don't notice things to remove until they make it higher up.
Sorry, have you missed the 200-300 posts each and every day that do stay up?
Even high effort "spam" , as you call it, is beeing removed... let that sink in

I miss Firestorm
The irony being that this sub was created in big parts to get away from the overwhelming (and overblown) negativity on the main BF subreddit. see edit for rewording
DICE and EA have so consistently chipped away at the goodwill and passion of the community that now we're here... Shame.
About the author: Playing BF since the 2004 Vietnam, put more hours into BFV in a year than any of the other ones over their lifetime but haven't played since mid-December... hell uninstalled like two weeks ago. BFV is the BF game I want to be playing but it's not enjoyable anymore and that's just a massive bummer.
Edit: Okay, let me reword that first part since it was like 7AM when I posted and my brain wasn't spooled up all the way yet. So this sub wasn't so much created as an escape from the main sub's negativity, but more hyped as such. As a safe haven to discuss the upcoming game.
Not true. We've maintained all the title specific subs, completely separate of r/battlefield. It wasn't created due to anything over there. When the next title is released, we'll make a new sub for it and again run it entirely as it's own entity.
I know you're trying to make a point but wanted to state that your first point is a common misconception.
No tow turned off a lot of people. No team balancer, cant move people between sides, bans only last as long as server is up, list goes on.
They are really only useful for making vids etc
As you cant organize players in any meaningful way they dont help community either
Can't swap maps, modes without creating a new server.
Can't cycle next map.
Can't change settings live.
Can't name server.
Server disappears when all players leave.
Only one person can admin
No logs.
No white lists or black lists that retain.
No VIP slots.
No granular settings.
Report them. We do remove them. Was announced weeks ago.

Ya let's remove content from the actual game developers and CMs. The content and information they post on their own accord with no requirement to engage with us here at all. BFV has been the first community run sub in Battlefields existence where we hear things straight from the people who work with it. I'm not taking that away and will do what I can to ensure they want to keep coming back.

This has been about the 15th time this has been posted in the last week and about the 100th time in the history of the sub. Removing.

Yep. We have lives outside of Reddit. We either have to deal with some removal delays when we aren't around, or if people want consistency we'd have to make a bot that removes them, making people flair all memes as 'meme', but then also relies on us moderating flairs.
