This is really odd - sorry it happened. The team will investigate it - definitely do contact and log this with our Support team as well (https://support.fallguys.com/hc/en-us/).
The Crown grab issues are really high priority, we have a fix being tested and we hope to roll out the hotfix for it ASAP next week pending the testing. I'm so sorry it happened, as users here said, do send this to support to get the crown that you are entitled to.
That was me! I should have updated that I am awaiting to finish my final list of what is in the upcoming hotfix :)! /u/jaywhisker37 tag for vis! More issues and suggestions came in which changed the goalposts for me(?) am happy to answer Qs until then but I assure that the most common and big issues are ones we are tackling urgently (crown grabbing problems, audio issues, transporting after climbing platforms to name a few)
I have a final chat with the team tomorrow before I post, and It'll be in here by around 7pm BST (depending on how fast I Type!)
The public-facing trello has been updated but still isn't exhastive as we continue to catch new things. I am sorry for not updating sooner!

Hello! The video shows a challenge system which goes to 2100 points and has an emote as a final reward, while the PS Blog describes a challenge system which goes to 3200 points and has the Ratchet head as the final reward.
Can you clarify which system is accurate, and if we'll have to get a squad duos win to complete the skin? Thank you!
It is the emote at 2100 points! And I am not able to reveal contents of the event yet I am afraid, hope you understand :)
Hey, uh, does the fact that an in-game distribution method exists now mean that the social media giveaways like the fast food alts are going to be phased out in favor of these live events? I was hoping the Reddit art contests and Discord giveaways would pick back up.
This capacity to host mini events is super cool but I'll be sad if this means the fries / lemon blast / burger are going away. I was still hoping to be able to have a shot at lemon blast.

It's not just the camera but also cannot turn player names on or off during that time, it looks like it doesn't register user input until the start.
