Yeah absolutely :)! Incidentally, you might be able to help. Is it always happening on a certain round, and, are you playing main show or Slime Survivors?
My historic use of reddit has always taught me that active sidebar thing is pretty dodgy anyway - it's a good rough indicator for traffic times but usually shows an inaccurate number no matter what

After several back and forths I just gave up on the support ticket.
Any updates on whether Oceanic servers are able to be played again?
Ah I see. That's likely because this issue is new and at the time of reporting the team weren't aware it was widespread yet, if that makes sense? Because disconnects are often a local machine issue (but now we know this isn't the case for this)
No updates yet as it's still being diagnosed! I know that ping could be high with region selector but using that in the meantime should help. I can't give you an ETA on a fix or anything until we know what's up.
