Unfortunately not yet, as everything is quite fluid when it comes to these kinds of issues. I can't see it being more than a few hours at most.

We are also working through a bug with awards not being given for crown ranks. You might find that if you completed a level and got awarded a crown, that you unlocked a reward - but it's the retroactive awards that we are investigating (i.e, /u/Japperzz6's comment)

I had just woken up and waited about 30 minutes and was very anticipate on playing at the time but I am happy regardless that I was able to get a couple of games and even though I experience the zero people qualified issue/bug

There is also a bug in hex-a-gone where you fall over when landing on the next layer. The fall guy doesn't have enough time to rise up so it plays out as an immediate loss.

Not silly at all! Who knows how the inner machinations of Steam might work.
However yes, the issue is still present. I've figured out the real culprit however: pressing the Invite button twice in quick succession replicates the issue. e.g. pressing the P button on the keyboard and the Y button on my Xbox controller simultaneously.
So strange, still not able to replicate it, but still something 100% worth taking a look at as it might affect more players. As this kind of sits outside of launch bugs - would you mind sending this through as a support ticket with those details? :) then our team can start making logs on anyone else who is having the issue as well!

u/trichoglossusbee I've encountered another bug on the PC version, from the main menu after pressing the Invite button to open the Steam UI friend invite window.
Upon closing the invite window it immediately and continually reopens again.
I attempted to break out of the loop by mashing the button to change menu tabs while closing the invite window, but the invite window reopened while I was changing and the game froze.
This is strange, I'm not able to replicate it. Silly Q - have you tried restarting your computer?
Are the season pass crowns supposed to be adding to the win counter when retroactive season pass crowns have not been?

I second this. I had only the amount of wins before playing and then leveling up added the crown from the pass.

She's at rank 16 (77 wins). I am at rank 24 (316 wins).
I've flagged with the team. I think this is related to the Crown Rank awarding issue in general, but it seems she's managed to get a reward, and you not at all. When the issue is fixed soon, you should have all unlocks that you are entitled to - including that top.
We have paused matchmaking whilst we work through the S3 launch and associated fixes :)

It's wrong then... According my count of wins, I have 153. When I logged in after the update, my crown rank was 153, which was correct. Then, I earned one crown from the pass and it increased to 154... Shouldn't all the Battle Pass crowns earned in seasons 1 and 2 count towards that then? (I maxed both those passes)
Although in my opinion crowns earned from battle pass shouldn't count towards the crown rank, kinda defeats the purpose of it being for people with lots of wins.
