Yeah - made a separate thread before we paused the matchmaking. We're working on fixes for urgent issues with the S3 launch after the update was stealth rolled out. Thank you for your patience in the meantime.
I'm just gutted I have to go to work soon lol I have the whole day tomorrow though.

/u/trichoglossusbee My friend said that he didn't win the show but his crown rank increased from 35 to 36 because he got one from the pass. It is not working as intended isn't it as it should only count wins?
It should also count from the pass so that is as intended for now :)
u/trichoglossusbee - another one is that when I first loaded up S3 it displayed my crown ranks number as the number of wins I've had and not any crowns I'd won through the battle pass and when I ranked up and won a crown from the S3 pass it added it to my crown ranks total so it seems to be displaying awarded crowns as well as wins from S3 onwards - is that intentional?

Any ETA on a fix for this? Would be a bummer if all the hype for a new season instantly deflates on the first day again.
No ETA given yet but the team are urgently working through. Me not having an ETA doesn't mean it'll take ages, just that they're busy doing the thing.

I have had people ask for an ETA on this fix, and I cannot give that my side yet. The team are urgently working on it as we speak, and identified the cause a short while ago, so I wouldn't expect it to be very long.

There's currently an issue we're working through which has affected a LOT of levels and is eliminating everyone from the games. We're in the middle of a fix for it!
Exactly, we get nothing for the ranks gained in previous seasons. Hopefully they get onto it asap.

surely something happened to the qualifier and you need to reset it, I don't know how to code so this is my best guess as to what happened.
Hahaha I also don't know how to code myself - but the team identified the issue a short while ago and are currently in the middle of fixing :)

Yep! Everyone else at the moment. We're working through some issues right now as we continue to roll-out S3. This includes being eliminated from most rounds.

Oh that's nice to hear. Also what about the new shows in the show selector? When I booted up the game, it showed there should be a new game (one with just hte new levels I assume) but I only see Main show in there.
Yeah this will be instated when the Famepath is too (very shortly)! But be aware you might be constantly eliminated whilst we work through this fix.
The following levels seem to have issues:
- Block Party - eliminates all players
- Jump Club - eliminates all players
- Perfect Match - eliminates all players
- Roll Out - eliminates all players
- Royal Fumble - eliminates all players
- Tail Tag - eliminates all players
- Thin Ice - eliminates all players
- Slime Climb - the elimination counter, that was intentionally removed in Season 2, is now back
These seem to be all caused by the same configuration issue, which the team are currently solving - bar the Slime Climb elimination counter, which I have sent on :-)
Okay I got 91 wins in previous seasons and I'm rank 16 atm, but will I get the rewards?? Cus I cannot see anything new in my items, and I kind doubt that ranks 1 to 15 got nothing.

I am at rank 24 and after being eliminated 3x due to the elimination bug, I haven't unlocked any new reward.
