Q1 2019 means that the last possible day for starting the Early Access is 31 March. Right now the game is in Alpha Testing. So you could buy pre-order bundles and the Access Codes would be sent to you closer to the date. Release date would be announced later.

Хорошо, приоткроем немного секретов :) Оперативники отличаются друг от друга следующим:

1. "Обычные" оперативники - имеют стандартные характеристики и один из 3х базовых классов (снайпер, штурмовик, тяжелая пехота) от рождения.
2. "Про" оперативники - имеют небольшой бонус к характеристикам и по достижении звания "сержант" у них открывается для прокачки дополнительный подкласс (гранатометчик, коммандос, скаут, стрелок, медик, инженер, поддержка), сочетающийся с основным классом.
3. "Элитные" оперативники - имеют ощутимый бонус к характеристикам и по достижении сержанта им открываются 2 дополнительных подкласса, сочетающиеся с основным классом. В т.ч. редкие ("элитные") подклассы, такие как: хакер, лидер, огнеметчик.
