[2022] a black box appears on my screen and turns white whenever i click left mouse button

i was trying to find some reason to why its happening but only thing i found was that its happening when you have some "flash indicator" option enabled, i looked thru settings and i couldnt find anything like that

i found out how to disable it, in geforce overlay you have to go to Settings/Performance monitoring and uncheck this thing
