So, you can see it in streamers videos, apparently you use the charge once you prepare the dash, meaning that any kill you get during the 12 second period (before actually using the dash, or even if you don't use it) counts toward recharging the ability.

Before, you would get your kill, dash away and still need 2 more before using it again. Now, there will be situations in which you will only need one more kill (hell, even zero if you kill two people!)
