A small number of players may have noticed they're not eligible to queue for ranked matches with today's patch. This is only impacting players who haven't won 10 unrated games since closed beta. We're working on a fix now!
The fix is in! You should be able to jump into competitive queue if you've previously played a competitive game or if you've had 10 unrated wins since launch.
