Even one AFK’d player can turn the tide of a game, and it’s discouraging to know that you’ll have to carry twice as hard for a chance to win. On top of AFKs, we’re working hard to improve your experience communicating with other players in-game. For both AFKs and chat offenses, you’ll see new penalties to crack down on disruptive player behavior. http://pbs.twimg.com/media/EuR-28CVoAAHJi1.jpg

Sometimes it’s not enough to know the rules exist. @miIktaeil Rather than apply generic penalties on an “as needed” basis, we’ll track the behavior of your account over time. This means that your occasional “what the heck happened to my internet” moment likely won’t be punished too harsh (if at all).

@stazval We'll be tracking the behavior of your account over time so you won't be punished (if at all - definitely not harshly) for occasional "UH OH MY INTERNET" moments like you're describing. But if it happens all the time, the penalties will increase.
