This thread is to be a collection of users experiencing regression of frame rate and stuttering in recent patches.
Please do not use the thread for Q&A or to post anything but a description of what you experience and the inclusion of your DXDiags. Here’s a proposed format:
Heads up to anybody with an AMD card, I’ve been informed that driver 19.3 is causing performance problems.
I have added a new question to the Original Post, please update your replies accordingly (try not to make a new post, however, if you cannot edit, do reply with which version you are using, I will update your post and delete the new reply (just trying to keep this as tidy and concise as possible).
The Vsync situation is Interesting, although unfortunate that there’s no consistency to it! Still something we’ll keep in mind.

A recent observation shows Windows Defender has recently caused some problems in relation to game performance. Anyone with issues should quickly try adding Vermintide 2 as an exception and see if there’s an improvement.
Tried it earlier today and noticed an insane improvement on FPS. Got 20 fps back AND was able to turn sun shadows back on with literally no FPS loss.
