[2019] Public Test - 0.8.10 - Bugs

Exact steps need to be made to reproduce the issue
Example: 1.Take Iowa battleship with spotting-aircraft equipped 2. Go in battle 3. Try to launch spotting-aircraft

What's the result of the issue.
Example: after pressing spotting-aircraft activating button you can hear an aircraft sound but nothing happens, the aircraft stands still.

Just a heads up regarding Ranked Battles:

There was an issue identified with some players not being able to participate.

We are taking Ranked Battles offline for now for Public Test 0.8.10 but hope to restore access soon.

Once new information becomes available, I will post any updates once I receive them.

Ranked Battles has been reloaded on Public Test. Unfortunately, players progress for Ranked Season they've made yesterday is reset.

For this reason we decided to prolong 1st Session of Public Test 0.8.10 till Tuesday 29 October 13 00 UTC (16 00 FET).

We apologize for any inconvenience.

Actually, this is not a bug. Both these camos were designed that way and introduced in that state back in 0.7.5

Affirmative. I was able to test it today as well and it looks like the heal is working again.
