Assignable Permacamos convert into:

Assignable Tier [#] Perma-Visual

Assignable Tier [#] Bonus Package (Permanent Economic Bonus)

The 50% Service Cost Reduction will be Converted into +25% Credits instead.

Tier 10 Permacamos will Covert to +50% Credits. +20% + +25% = 45%, but we decided to round it up to 50%.

That table was released in DevBlog 327 (https://blog.worldofwarships.com/blog/327) on May 26th.

From the Article:

The table shown refers to Sets, which interact in such a way as to make a larger-than-normal total. The picture shows what they total and what they are converted to for their respective resource.

Signals that are not in sets are converted normally (at face value). So a +75% Credit signal that isn't in a set is counted as a +75% Credits that is totaled in with whatever other +credit amounts you have before being converted.

"Special" Expendable Camos are not available for Credits. They can only be attained through events or special situations.

They'll still be Visual-only, so it'll be a unique look to show off. Like the Gold camos from Ranked, for instance.

The Free XP rate is going from 5% to 10%, so the values are "halved" for converting forward into the new system.

777/2 = 388.5 which rounds up to 400% for the new system.

300/2 = 150 which rounds up to 200%.

In general, you would want to save any Econ stuff you have so that it'll be converted. The conversions were intentionally generous to avoid issues.

A Special ship having a reduced Service Cost as a baseline just means it has a lower number in that area. There isn't a double "Service Cost Reduction" in terms of application.

Consider two brands of Apples at a Market. One is $2, the other is 1$. If you have a "50% off Apple" coupon, it only reduces the base cost of the apple you choose to purchase.

TLDR: Only the Permacamo -> Bonus Package is affected by converting Service Cost Reduction into +Credits.

These are Assignable Camos and are not ship specific. If assigned, they are normal permacamos. If not assigned, they split into Assigned Tier-relevant Perma-Visual and Bonus Package

I don't have a super list, no. It'll all be shown in the client in a few days anyway.

In general, Special Camos are not attainable normally, so Ranked Camos (Bronze, Silver and Gold) and Collab Camos would certainly qualify under that concept.

Those 6 Bismarck Visuals will continue to be available on your Bismarck whenever you want to use them. The Bonus Package will be active on the ship so you'll get bonus rewards whether you use a Visual or not.

The rate that Free XP is being accrued by players is being doubled.

Current:

1,000 XP -> 5% Free XP = 50 Free XP

New:

1,000 XP -> 10% Free XP = 100 Free XP

-

Since the base rate of Free XP earning is being doubled, we are counting the Free XP Signals at half value (to even them out) and then Converting them into the new system from there.

Yes, there will be two options offered where Expendable Bonuses will be available for direct purchase. They are similar to current, but there are differences as the new Tier 1 and Tier 2 Bonuses make for different returns.

The math can be frustrating, but this topic has been vetted rather extensively over the past months.

On the right side of the screen in port, where the ship statistics and your commander are, you will see a new tab called "Economic Bonuses."

The main concern in your post is "Yes, the Ourobos signal alone works out, but it doesn't work when it's combined with other things."

Our way of modeling that was with "Sets"

From the article: https://worldofwarships.com/en/news/general-news/exterior-visuals-and-economic-bonuses/

The set on the top is Free XP-related Dragon Signals. They combine to provide +325% Ship XP and +1227% Free XP which would then interact with each other.

The output math would look like:

[Base XP%] + [Bonus XP%] = [Earned XP%]

100% + 325% = 425% Earned XP

[Earned XP%] x [Base Free XP% + Bonus Free XP%] = [Earned Free XP%]

425% x (100% + 1227%) = 425% x 1327% = +5,215% Free XP Output

Each of those sets allow the Ourobos Signal to compound with the other Signals. The end result of +5,215% gets rounded up to Tier 4 Free XP Bonus of +7,200%, which is a significant increase.

Note: 5215% is with the .05 Free XP system. In the new .10 Free XP system, that value would be +2,607% which is rounded up to 7,200%.

-

After Sets are exhausted, Signals are converted on an individual basis, so the +777% of the base Ouroboros is weighted against the new .10 Free XP system and valued at +388.5%. Then it is rounded up to +400%.

Without some kind of video or screenshots, there's not much we can do via forum.

You'd want to contact Customer Support as they can review everything that happens in your account.

the 3% Detection is now baked into the ship regardless of if you have a Camo on or not. The 4% Dispersion was removed.
