That would have had to of been a Detonation. There isn't a CV that can one-shot a Marceau with Rockets.
The Economic Aspects of Expendable Camos are being harvested and turned into "Expendable Bonuses". Functionally it's the same thing in that you equip a thing to get more stuff.

Economic Signals can be purchased with Doubloons currently in game if you run out and have the "Resupply" option turned on. The new Expendable Bonuses will have a similar Repurchase capability.
You will be able to earn them for free in the same ways you can earn Economic Signals now (Containers, Missions, Events, etc)
If you have a Permanent Camo, it will be separated into a visual component and a permanent bonus component. As usual, the visual will always be available to you. The permanent bonus will also automatically be applied to your ship. If you have multiple permacamos for one ship, you will automatically get the best possible permanent bonus applied to your ship.

No. Premium ships currently earn more credits than tech tree and that will remain the same.
We CAN, but the eco boost on Missouri was a fix to ensure that players who had it before it returned still got approximately the same credit income as before. It's not something we want to do outside of a fix.
All of those things are the reward for finishing the Dockyard, so they should be awarded. If the player already has the ship, they would get the Compensation Token instead of it, but the other stuff would not be effected by that.

We are not offering Free XP as a Compensation option.
